Who you get
Adam, the person who builds the sites.
Not a receptionist, not an assistant, and not somebody who has to go and ask. The house is two people in San Diego, and the one who writes the code is the one who reads your message. You will get a straight answer about what something costs and whether we are the right shop for it, including when the answer is no.
What does not happen
No form, no bot, no ticket queue.
There is no contact form here, and none hidden further down the page. Nothing you send gets a case number, an automated reply telling you where you are in line, or a sequence of emails you did not ask for. You write, we write back, and it is the same conversation the whole way through.
